1. Government Forest Permit Non-Refundability
Please take note that Forest Department Entry Permits are non-transferable and non-refundable once officially generated in the visitor's name against their submitted government ID. As per statutory Forest Department rules, no refund, date alteration, or passenger name substitution is permitted on confirmed park entry permits under any circumstances.
2. Jeep Safari Vehicle Cancellation Guidelines
For the vehicle rental, driver, and private coordination component, cancellations are processed based on the following standard guidelines (subject to business confirmation upon final booking voucher):

3. Forest Closure by Government Authorities
In the rare event that the Uttarakhand Forest Department shuts down the park or cancels a safari shift due to severe natural events (such as intense torrential rains, flooded riverbeds, or emergency conservation actions), we will coordinate with authorities to either:
- Reschedule your safari shift to the next available slot or alternative open gate, subject to guest preference and permit availability.
- Or process a refund for the eligible vehicle component as permissible under the administrative circumstances.
4. Requesting a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the registered email address used during booking, specifying your Booking Inquiry ID and guest name to:
