1. Wildlife Sightings Disclaimer
Rajaji Tiger Reserve and Jhilmil Jheel Conservation Reserve are natural, vast, unfenced ecosystems spanning hundreds of square kilometers. Wild animals (including Asian Elephants, Bengal Tigers, Leopards, Swamp Deer, Sambars, and avifauna) roam freely in their natural wilderness.
No wildlife sighting can ever be 100% guaranteed. Animal sightings depend entirely on animal movements, weather conditions, forest alarm calls, season, and sheer luck. While our seasoned local drivers and registered guides use their best skills and knowledge to maximize sighting opportunities, failure to encounter specific big mammals does not constitute a deficiency in safari services.
2. Government & Forest Department Authority
Jeep Safari Rajaji (Jeepsafarirajaji.co.in) operates as a private tourism facilitation and safari coordination platform assisting visitors with authorized 4x4 Gypsy allocation and Forest Department permit assistance. We are not an official arm of the Uttarakhand Forest Department. All statutory entrance fees, zone access rights, and safari routes are governed exclusively by government wildlife authorities.
3. External Weather & Natural Risks
Jungle safaris involve travel through natural riverbeds, dirt trails, and forested terrain. Visitors participate in wildlife safaris at their own risk. While all authorized Gypsies maintain mechanical safety standards and are driven by registered drivers, Jeep Safari Rajaji shall not be held liable for personal belongings lost or damaged, natural insect bites, or weather disruptions occurring during the safari.
4. Information Accuracy
We strive to keep the zone descriptions, shift timings, and permit requirements on this website accurate and updated based on current Forest Department directives. However, visitors are advised to reconfirm specific shift reporting hours with our safari coordination desk prior to their travel date.
