Jeep Safari Rajaji is operated and administered by RAJA JI SAFARI HUB, a government-registered wildlife tourism enterprise founded to facilitate authorized, safe, and informative wildlife safaris in Rajaji National Park and Jhilmil Jheel Conservation Reserve. Nestled right where the fertile Indo-Gangetic plains meet the rugged outer Himalayas, this unique terrain provides sanctuary to diverse fauna and flora.
Our focus is straightforward: to offer nature lovers, wildlife photographers, and visiting families a seamless gateway into the jungle. We operate with officially registered 4x4 Maruti Gypsies and work alongside government-certified forest guides who know the animal behavior, bird calls, and seasonal migration paths of this ecosystem.
"To explore a wild forest is not merely to seek sightings; it is to understand the quiet rhythm of ancient Sal trees, riverbeds, and the creatures that depend upon them."

Every safari is conducted in an open 4x4 Maruti Gypsy specifically adapted for wilderness terrain. These agile vehicles allow visitors clear, 360-degree panoramic views of towering trees, canopy birds, and ground wildlife while providing adequate clearance over rocky riverbeds (raus).
Visitors to Rajaji Tiger Reserve must adhere to national park regulations to ensure their safety and wildlife welfare.
Guests must remain seated inside the safari Gypsy at all times during the drive. Disembarking anywhere other than authorized watchtowers or check-posts is strictly prohibited.
Loud talking, music, honking, and mobile speakers are prohibited. Forest animals have extremely sensitive hearing, and silence is the key to close wildlife sightings.
Opt for subtle natural clothing in olive green, khaki, brown, or beige. Bright neon colors like red, bright yellow, and fluorescent pink disturb wild animals.
Camera flash is strictly banned inside the tiger reserve as it can blind and agitate elephants, leopards, and herbivores. Natural light photography only.
Rajaji is a strict zero-plastic zone. Do not throw plastic bottles, wrappers, or food scraps out of the vehicle. All waste must be carried back outside the gate.
All visitors must carry the original photo identity card mentioned during booking permit registration. Permits without matching original IDs will be rejected at the gate.
